A Good Act

I loved the story of Bacius and Philemon. It made me reflect more about myself. How a small act could become into a great one.

Bacius and Philemon reminded me of my grandparents. Both so loving and caring. They gave the essence of the grandparent who love their grandchildren and care for everyone around. They lived exactly fifty years together, until my grandmother died. When Philemon said " I'd hate to see my wife's grace, or have her to weep at mine". (pg.82) Unfortunately, my grandfather did have to see the grave. At least, Midas was able to get his daughter back.

The video I incorporated has the gods mentioned in the Metamorphoses. In the end of the video, we can see Phoebus in his chariot with his horses. There is also Zeus as he attacks the god of wine Bacchus with his lightening.
